Place the product in its original Honeywell Home packaging with all manuals, mounting hardware, and accessories included to ensure a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
